Everybody knows that teachers deserve to save as much money as possible since we don’t get that much to start with!
Did you know that lots of companies offer discounts and benefits especially for teachers?
These are seven of my favorite teacher discounts to take advantage of because they’re significant enough to be worth taking the time to sign up for. (Plus they’re pretty straightforward and don’t have a bunch of terms and conditions.)

Any time you’re patronizing a franchised business, it’s a good idea to politely ask about teacher discounts. You never know!
Teacher Discount 1: Joann Fabrics – 15% off Everything
If you’re not familiar with Joann, don’t let the name fool you: they have lots more than just fabrics. Lots of great craft supplies to help you create things for your classroom, or to use for student projects.
Teacher Discount 2: Michaels – 15% off Everything
Michaels is really similar to Joann except they have even more craft and decor supplies.

Teacher Discount 3: Office Depot – 1–10% Back
Office Depot / Office Max offer 10% back in Rewards on Ink, Toner, and Paper, 1% back in Rewards on nearly everything else, and a 15% instant discount from their Design, Print, & Ship Depot™. You could use that discount to print one of my unique classroom decor sets created especially for older students.
Teacher Discount 4: Party City – 10–20% off
Even if you don’t officially throw class parties, you might be surprised at the creative items you can find for your classroom at Party City.
Teacher Discount 5: Ann Taylor Loft – Extra 15% off
Ann Taylor Loft, IMHO, has some of the classiest professional clothes. They fit well, wear well, and look flattering. Generously, they offer a 15% off discount that can even be combined with other discounts!
Teacher Discount 6: Books-A-Million – 20% off Everything
Books-A-Million has a base 20% off discount for all teacher purchases, plus additional discounts during special educator events.

Teacher Discount 7: Adobe Creative Cloud – 60% off Subscriptions
On their website, it says the discount is for students, but when you read the terms and conditions, it does include teachers as well. With the subscription, you’ll get 20+ Creative Cloud apps, including the full versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat Pro. Woah.
